AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST Don't get me wrong, I had great interviewers. They were open and very welcoming during the interview itself. The only issue was that when an offer was extended to me, I requested for a higher salary that matched my experience. The recruiter, who I wont name, said that he will get back to me. Every week I would follow-up with him and ask if there's any update with my request. For 4 week straight, he would take more than a day to reply back to my emails and would constantly tell me that they still haven't said anything yet. After 4 long weeks of going back and forth, I decided to call the recruiter to see what the heck is going on. He doesn't answer, so I had to call another person from HR because I was tired of waiting so long to hear a reply back. It so happens that the company is undergoing a leadership change throughout the entire 4 weeks of me waiting to hear back after my initial offer. As a result, the recruiter said "I was in your position, I'd find a different job because I don't know when or if your offer will be ready". THIS WAS AFTER I WAITED 4 WEEKS. Do yourself a favor and don't bother going to a company who is going to waste your time and not be forgiving with your time.
