This interview is a bit different as at first I applied for internship long time ago and after I get the interview call, I requested to have the permanent position interview instead of internship interview. They agreed and said will screen through my suitability in both positions. The interview process was exactly the same with the other two reviews stated here. There are two tests. They are both tough especially the test without calculator. They expected candidates memorize actuarial formula and coding language by handwriting. However, if you can memorize and utilize the formula and coding language, then should be no problem for you to do the test as the test questions are straight forward. In general, both tests consist simple, average and tough questions in equal proportions. However, the difficulty is still high in overall as what I mentioned before. For the interview session, there were only two interviewers and they are friendly as well. The highlighted part is they were willing to share with me their industry outlook and their experience. This gives me some learning opportunities. However, at the end they only offered my internship.
