Activate Learning interview questions

Arrived at the college reception, I was then led to a separate room, and answered questions from a panel of two. Fairly standard interview process asking typical behavioural questions and how I would support students.

A straightforward process with kind and respectful interviewers who shared my excitement for the topic. I had one interview and believe I shared examples of my work. They got back to me within a week and I was able to negotiate my hourly rate.
