I interviewed at Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism (Dallas, TX)
Interview
The interview process was thorough. They asked relevant questions. They were not forthcoming about the work schedule until I asked specific questions at the last interview. Ultimately based on that and speaking to others who had worked there, I decided not to accept the offer.

The interview process started off as a screening call with the recruiter. The recruiter was lovely and did a great job explaining the role and the company. The next step was an interview with an RCD. This interview was much more clinical in nature. The final interview was with another RCD, and this was more of a conversation to give me opportunities to ask about the role and its day to day.
