HR Round and then Virtual Interview the interviewer didn't asked many questions, Said Time and again you have that expertise already and all and then Boom I was rejected. This is Not acceptable Either they should rill enough and come to the conclusion or they should not interview at all if they have already identified before the interview who they would hire.

Second Interview – With both the Team Leader and the HR Business Partner.

They asked me about my experience managing high-volume recruitment, my technical capabilities in placing roles within the oil and gas sector, the range of nationalities I’ve worked with, and the levels of roles I’ve handled.
Friendly pair during interview, helped with the interview in prompting me to clarify when anything was unclear. I say it was difficult as they were sort of interrogating why I would want to quit what I am currently doing and applying for this. I tried to answer but maybe gave too many possible reasons due to my autism that maybe gave the wrong impression. When I asked for feedback from the interview rejection, there was no reply.
