It went smooth, with facts and transparent with no gloating. The company provides actual and real time requirements and are clear about the roles and responsibility. They will explain it in the interview itself that how will the work pressure be, all the rules and policy, all the holidays etc

Interview was easy but they don’t have capital to invest or to give salary to their employees,they basically looking for intern who will work for them free,interview process was like very easy anyone with zero skill can get hired but there will be one condition and that is they will not pay you a single peeny

Here are some facts about Acropolis:
1- We haven't hired anyone for UI profile in last couple of months, though we have taken a few interviews in recent past for that profile. The reason for not hiring is lack of expertise/experience in the interviewed candidates.
2- None of our interviews skip a practical assignment. If you have been actually interviewed at Acropolis for UI profile, you must have received a practical assignment from the hiring department to showcase your skills.
3- Unpaid internship is offered only to fresher candidates. There is a hefty cost to the company involved to ensure needed training for fresher candidates and hence, we have a strict policy to limit our offer to an unpaid internship of 6 months for fresher candidates. This policy ensures that we only hire those fresher candidates who are actually willing to invest their time to learn in a practical environment before they can be moved to a permanent position. It is a win win approach for us and for the right fresher candidate.
