Very easy and straightforward, almost like you don't have to say anything really. I don't think I was asked about my background even, which had me a little concerned until I got a promotion in the first 2 weeks.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Accucode (Littleton, CO)
Interview
The first interview with the person who would be overseeing the position was great, he was thoughtful in his questions and engaged over the phone. The in person interview was a complete disaster. The CEO was to join since the first person and I had already talked at length. He was over 15 minutes late and on his phone the entire time and could hardly be bothered to listen to the answers to the questions he was asking me. Easily the most rude and unprofessional person I’ve ever encountered. That quickly stopped me in my tracks of pursuing this position any further.
