After submitting an application I was connected to the Smart Recruiters website, which was really helpful because it let you know the exact status of your application. So, I knew the day someone first read my application, and soon after that, I was asked to take a quick Wonderlic test. Then I was invited to do two back-to-back interviews on Microsoft office, one with a person from the HR team and one with a person on the IT team. They were so friendly, and the questions weren't technical, it was mostly competency-based and going over the resume.
About a week and a half later I got an email saying they were moving on with other candidates, which I appreciated because some companies don't get back to you at all.
