The video interview was excellent, a truly positive experience. However, the HR phone screening process was incredibly disorganized. It was rescheduled a total of four separate times. To make matters worse, the company then completely failed to call at the final scheduled time, effectively ghosting me after multiple delays. This lack of professionalism is concerning.
