This is one of the organisation which really stands out in Jaipur, although it has all the characteristic of being a Small and Lala Company. The difference is they are much better compared to the others in Jaipur. They hand out a Thank you card and a chocolate to those who visits their office for the interview. Such kind of treatment is not available elsewhere. They have a good HR team who really cares for their employees as well as unhappy employees/applicants. The interview rounds consists of , Day 1: Telephonic and technical discussion Day 2: Face to face discussion with Director of COE Day 3: F2F Presentation with the Director of COE Day 3: Final discussion with head of HR, ATCS Day 4: Additional discussion round with Senior member of Data Science Unless you get the appointment letter, you cannot be 100% sure whether they are going to hire you or not. There had been cases where after the final discussion with the HR and where the offer was about to be released, they rejected the candidate for some petty reasons. Because of such cases, although they do fall under the SMALL and Lala Category where decisions are biased. Advise to Management: Whenever any of your HRs, makes some commitment please make sure that it gets fulfilled. Unless you learn to value your words you are not going to grow. Its been only 14 years this company has been in business and is trying to make a mark but a few glitches here and there, brings out the actual image of the company. You should learn from your follies and I am sure you guys are going to do well.
