Three stage interview process - met with recruiter, hiring manager and HR. I had a good experience at the beginning of the process but the interview with HR was bizarre. The HR interview overran by 45 minutes and it felt like an interrogation due to the interviewers countless unstructured questions on range of areas leaving little to no time for me to ask questions. I received a follow up a week later to say I was not successful and I received no feedback. The interview process was a waste of time and it seemed like there was a real disconnect between recruiting and HR.

2 interviews. Pretty standard questions. No roleplay, or case studies. All done via zoom. Recommend learning about AMCS and their products. Good knowledge on salesforce is always a plus. For a Marketing position, a bonus would be to know Pardot. Not an easy tool, 0 user friendly, and little information available online.
