First they call you & interview you over the phone & ask basic questions. Than there's a group interview if they are interested they'll call you back for a 1 on 1 interview.

Very chill, i wanted a part time job in high school The manager was cool and was personable to talk to. They just asked to sell stubs pamphlets ( I think the program is different now).
Applied online and then was called in for interview. The HR manager conducted the interview, and afterwards I received an offer. Typical questions like name a stressful situation and name a time you had to overcome a difficult situation.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AMC Entertainment

they push rewards cards, show you a walkthrough of the theatre and the staff break room. they ask you your shirt size and your favorite movie (that is the fun part)
