1st engagement was a phone conversation between HR and the candidate. Brief, semi-casual, and intended as an introduction mainly.
The interview was over zoom and was a one-on-one process with the HR representative. It was easy and simple. Very relaxed and open conversation. Questions asked included (but not limited to):
1. What do you know about the company?
2. What personal limitations are you working through at the moment?
3. What position do you see yourself in within the company in 5 years?
4. What interests you about Alten?
5. Any questions about the company?
A successful interview will lead candidates into a group stage interview and assessment centre with other candidates.
This is as far as I got so it is unclear how many rounds of the assessment centre one must go through.
