Interview
3 separate interviews and 1 HR discussion, starting with the recruiter asking basing questions about your situation, industries you are willing to work for and getting down your experience and interests.
Then they will get you to fill their "internal" company CV format for their clients, passed on different business units so they can validate you for a project.
Once validated you will need to have an interview (technical this time) with the client directly and have the Alten representative along side you whilst you get interviewed.
Lastly the HR will also ask questions about situation, salary expectations and availability (prepare to negotiate hard and get your dream figure crushed)
They used to offer contracts with no validated project and you will just hang around doing nothing and many interviews with clients until you get a project. but with this economy this is a risky option.
I recommend that you ask to e validated for a project first before you sign anything.
Which makes preparation complex, because you have to prepare according to the client company they will stage you for.

It started with 30 min interview, They asked about an overview of my experience and how it matches with job description. The interviewer gave an overview of company and asked detailed technical questions about my experience.

Interview
I had 3 interviews, an Introduction interview by phone with HR, then another interview on Teams where more details are discussed, the third interview is a technical one. Where they test your C++ knowledge and logical thinking.

Interview
First I had a phone conversation with someone from the recruitement team this conversation was mainly about the possible opportunities, ALTEN as a company and asking about my motivation. Afterwards I had an interview with a businessmanager, before the interview I was asked to fill in their short competence file. Afterwards I was again contacted by a businessmanager. I was unable to answer this call but did answer that I would call back. After calling back my call was left unaswered.
