Group interview, very laid back. The two people who interviewed me where very friendly and made sure to include everyone. You have to fill a paper application at the end.

Applied online they call you back in a month and schedule to meet with the Program director, When asked your background they will let you know that if your comfortable handling 5 consumers out in the community. The whole job is detailed very specific so theres no misunderstanding.

Theres really no misinterpreting the questions because they are very specific. For example are you comfortable with assisting consumers at the restroom, do you have experience?

met with program supervisor first then if selected went to main office for finger printing and paperwork. One of the gentleman from the program was part of the interview process asking questions on how i would be a great fit?,what goals i have?, any hobbies?
