Unorganized and lengthy is the best way to describe the interview process for this company. I had to continuously contact the recruiter for updates as she seemed a bit scattered. There is a ridiculous pre-employment assessment that you take twice (once on your own and again in the presence of a recruiter to ensure you haven't cheated). I had to complete countless phone interviews and was offered a position I did not initially interview for and that my manager was not knowledgeable enough to describe; because of this, I was not able to properly negotiate my salary and was offered considerably less than my predecessor.
