I applied online. I interviewed at AEO (Pittsburgh, PA)
Interview
First you have to submit a trend project, a retail math test, and a virtual interview answers. A select few are then are transported to the actual office for a two day event. The event is very laid back and fun but involves two back to back interviews, a group project, and networking. The group project is not graded on the answers rather how you work with others.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at AEO (New York, NY) in May 2015
Interview
It was quick and easy. I knew I had the job with the way the interviewer responded to me. It was 2 interviews. The first was a group interview and the second a one on one. The questions asked were easy and they made it seem like they wanted to hire people.
I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at AEO (New York, NY) in Jan 2012
Interview
It was kind of annoying and felt like i wasn't able to answer to full potential at times because im worried if someone else already said a good answer, also others just copied and claimed same things i said, i prefer the more personal one on one interview. I met some of my co workers right at the interview phase which made me feel like i wasn't alone from the very start which was nice.
