ADI Global Distribution interview questions

It was over 5 rounds, first with HR, then the hiring manager, then the hiring manager's overseas contempary, then the VP of the department, the fifth round was supposed to be with the Director of the department, who would be under the VP, but that person hadn't even been hired yet. Poor planning for sure. It took months from initial contact to finally getting a rejection because they had hired an internal candidate, who I am pretty sure was already selected before this process ever started.

Standard interview with life questions. Its a 2-3 step process but you will have to get through the over the phone call before you get an in person interview. Over all it wasn't overly time consuming and the in person interview wasn't too intimidating.
