ADG Creative interview questions

I was initially contacted by the Director of Ops for a call. The call went really well and it checked all my boxes. I then interviewed with the creative team. They had an awesome vibe and were very laid back. I didn’t get the offer but I absolutely felt that I had the respect of the team when it came to my time and questions.
