Interview
They loved me so I got the job on the spot....high hopes but quit 2 days later. I got a bad feeling as soon as the "orientation" started. There was no training or even talk about sexual harassment! But the interview is fast...they take you around the store after asking you questions like "why do you want to work here?" and "why this position?" "Describe yourself in 3 words" I also heard they ask you to put an outfit together for a special occassion but I didn't get there. They just gave me the job.
Very simple they call you in for an interview and ask questions the specific manager finds appropriate for your position and even just to know more about you. They are mostly looking for open availability

I waited a while for the manager, when I arrived she wasn’t there. It was a group interview. I honestly think the manager didn’t really care what we were talking about and just wanted to hurry up and get us out.

The interview process was the most horrible one I've had, I literally was interviewed in the middle of the store while the store was packed with customers it was uncomfortable. The manager was 20 minutes late.
