Interview
I was first contacted by phone and then the owner requested I show up that afternoon for an interview. The people were very friendly but the business itself didn't seem the most professional in terms of the building and dress code. The interview itself was short and focused a lot on how committed I would be to the job and what my future plans were.

Strange process. Some random guy calls from Az. Then you do a ride along with some 18 year old. Then after 2 or 3 days, you are on your own! Good luck trying to get help after that! Very short staffed!
