Providing examples of how I solved specific business problems was a major component. It's also important to come in with a point of view and not be afraid to share it. The company is all about solving problems and brining new ideas for their clients, if you can demonstrate that problem solving ability you will align with the culture and company strategy.

It was great. Friendly staff, knowledgeable, helpful and caring. They are sensitive about your time and convenience. They made sure to start time and end on time with opportunities to ask questions along the way.
