I was told to come in 10 minutes early to fill out some paperwork; it took a bit longer to fill it out. They wanted to know my education background, employee information, references and why I wanted to work there; basically, a full job application. There was also some math questions and determining what words were spelt wrong out of a small list. The interview itself was okay, just shorter than most. I think it barely lasted 20 minutes. At the end, they offered me the position and gave me a tour of the facility. I told them I would think about the offer and get back to them but I didn't end up taking it.
