3 stages, final stage a meet and greet with CEO. Initial phone call followed by meeting with sales team, though would now be with MD and Sales Manager (no UK sales team anymore).

Interview
The manager interviewed me over the phone, he was great. He then hired me as an intern, and then after an in-person interview and 6 months working there, he offered me a full time position.
