42T Embedded Software Engineer interview questions

The people were nice and decent interview process. They did not seem too keen on what I'm bringing to the table(my own experience/projects). They were expecting meet to meet a certain technical expectations which I did not due my lack of experience in that particular topic. They refused to reimburse my travel expense which was not even more than 20 pounds. I mean if my potential employer does not even want to spend 20 quids on me, shows how much the care and spend for the employee well being , benefits or ease.
