The interview process is a two-part process in which you do a phone interview and then depending on where you are located, you do a virtual interview via zoom. Overall, pretty average interview difficulty, but they do want to make sure that you will be passionate and dedicated to the position.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at 3Degrees (Corvallis, OR) in Dec 2017
Interview
Fairly easy, first a phone interview and then an in-person interview. The questions were difficult in the in-person interview, asking for a made-up sales pitch with no notice, practice, or time to think.
Applied online. 1 week later I had a preliminary phone interview with their talent acquisition partner. 1 week after that I had an in person interview with the regional manager. The phone interview was very standard while the in person interview was much more relaxed. With the in person interview there were several situational questions in addition to asking about personal experience.
