Really bad experience with the recruitment department of EIT Digital.
I was contacted by the HR lead via LinkedIn to have a call regarding their career offerings. The flow of the conversation was highly unprofessional, it was really difficult to set-up a clear date, after doing so they even forgot to call me. And here I need to mention that they approached me, not the other way around.
I think it´s really sad to see the high level of superficiality and lack of professionalism at such an important European Institution. Very disappointing experience, and makes me wonder if they treat possible new employees this way, how is the work life there.

I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at 28DIGITAL (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Feb 2018
Interview
1) A telephone call.
2) Video interview which was a extremely badly organized with candidates dialing into each other's sessions or into their private meetings
3) Finally a face to face interview with 3 white men in their 50's and 60's. I only mention their age and skin color because they were misogynists, extremely old-school, totally out of touch with what's happening in the world, anti-innovative thinking and decided that everyone that is not 100% like them is wrong and out! Again this was badly organized - the interviewers had private breaks while the candidates that were booked back-to-back waited and ran into each other.
