What is the hiring process like at Transdev?

      Transdev reviews

      Easy interview

      Business outlook

      Pros

Very easy to get in interview process is literally 15 min

      Cons

They’ll hire a murderer don’t like the fact that they don’t properly screen employers

      Gaslighting

      L2 operator
      Former employee
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Decent pay. Meeting co potential co-workers. Access to new technology.

      Cons

Gaslighting!! Misleading!!! They don't care about their workers as long as work gets done. During hiring process the job I applied for was "filled", was offered another position. Right before my Orientation, the position was open again. What are the odds. If you got nothing to lose, this company might work for you.

Tenure Means Nothing Here - Don’t Expect Loyalty to Be Returned

      Autonomous vehicle operator
      Current employee
      Austin, TX
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Working with great employees You will learn a lot about self driving technology

      Cons

I worked here for several years, expecting that my dedication, experience, and consistent performance would be recognized and rewarded. Unfortunately, that was never the case. This company has zero respect for tenure — whether you’ve been here five months or five years, you’re treated exactly the same (or sometimes worse if you’ve been around too long). Leadership makes it clear that seniority holds no weight. They prioritize flashy new hires and outside opinions over the insights of long-standing employees who actually understand the company’s history and processes. Promotions and raises are arbitrary at best, and loyalty is completely one-sided. It’s incredibly demoralizing to watch colleagues with deep institutional knowledge be passed over time and again, or worse, pushed out in favor of someone newer. If you’re looking for a company that values long-term commitment and rewards dedication — look elsewhere.
