How are flexible working hours at SCCPSS?

Teaching schedule is great (long breaks around holidays and Summer). Compensation is competitive.

Zero flexibility in time off so if you need time during the school year it is unpaid. Generally poor work environment as far as admin support and organization is completely dysfunctional.
