The hands on ones can either care a lot about your career, as well as mentor & lead you well or be micromanagers who don’t know anything about their function. The hands off ones are okay, depending on the function. They either trust their team enough or are just there for the sake of it.

Frequent change, short-sighted restructures in very short timeframes - has led to heavy middle management layers and alot of lost IP and dare I say sham redundancies. Mixed bag with leadership, some are great and some shouldn't be in leadership roles (toxic, but remain for a long time)
