Pros
It boils down to management. We had a do nothing manager that finally exited, and now with the float manager things are getting done. Daytona does not hire or apparently have people that want to work hard, so the caliber of employees is subpar. If the standard was set higher by previous manager then perhaps we'd have higher standards still.
Cons
It will always be SCHEDULEWISE. Corporate does not understand we are not AI robots and when they smoosh people in and violate their own 15 mins between on same shift and 45 between people on coming and going shifts then what are we to do as reasonable human beings? I hate schedulewise and those that think they know what they're doing need to work the floor and see that it's not all about money.
