We’ve been around for quite a while, and we love what we do. IAA has been a trusted partner of insurance companies, fleet and rental firms, financing companies, auto dealers and the general public since 1982. Today, our headquarters reside just outside of Chicago in Westchester, Illinois. We’ve built more than 200 corporate-owned auctions across the U.S. and Canada with plans to continue to expand and grow. With a talented team of more than 3,600 employees, IAA is committed to providing customers with the highest level of service in the industry. Our live and live-online auctions are at the core of our business, but our capabilities extend much further. For the benefit of our customers, we continue to develop new solutions for the industry every day. Each year, we continue to grow beyond our domestic operations. By traveling to Central America, Mexico, West Africa and more, our international buyer marketing team is able to connect with local communities and present selling vehicles as a business opportunity. Supporting this growth is our talented Buyer Services team, which collectively speak more than dozen languages. At IAA, it is critical to have the best teams in place to nurture an environment that encourages innovation, curiosity and of course – teamwork itself. Every day, we’re considering the technology that we and our customers use in day-to-day operations and exploring the ways we can further optimize those services and products. This philosophy of seeking better solutions is a vital part of our long-term planning and development. When unexpected weather events hit, IAA is here to help. From blizzards to hurricanes, fires to floods, we have a catastrophe action plan in place to lend a hand before, during and after the storm. Our approach is unwavering: plan, coordinate, respond. Over the years, we've worked with organizations from nearly every corner of the automotive industry and beyond. These mutually beneficial partnerships help bring more vehicles to our auctions, expand our buyer base and aid the surrounding communities.
