How do people feel about remote work? I am about to take about 5% pay cut to take a 90% remote job vs an in-office 80% job. The flexibility and saving 2 hours a day is worth it.

I'm tired, depressed and exhausted from the continuous search for Junior job position. Parents are getting old and I feel like I'm dragging them down instead of supporting them.
