Is there a strict requirement to stay in the office for 8 hours, or is attendance counted based on swipe-in? 2. If someone comes to the office for only 1–2 hours, is it considered compliant? 3. Does the company send automated mails for WFO non-compliance? 4. How strictly do managers track office attendance?

Does Persistent has fixed salaries for each band? If not, then how much could be the difference in salaries for people in same role and same experience?
