As in persistent bench policy is for 2 months. After completing it received mail from RM that Bench completed sending to HR for necessary action. It means they will initiate exit now. So is there any compensation they paid and how much time will to to final exit. Can anybody help.

I work for Nagarro, persistent has bought out nagarro. What do guys think will happen

Does Persistent has fixed salaries for each band? If not, then how much could be the difference in salaries for people in same role and same experience?

Does Persistent gives appraisal as well for promotion? If yes, then can people get 2 appraisal in a year, one for promotion and another for annual?

I cleared two rounds in persistent and document verification has started HR told shift timing is 12pm and 5 days a week ofc for 6 weeks and after 4 days a week ofc(considering) but not confirmed. My LWD is June 12. I have 6+ exp how much can we demand. And please suggest to join persistent. Note: I have an offer in hand with Mphasis with same 5 days a week ofc.Persistent Systems Limited
