    It depends on negotiation and if you are joining early but amount is not that much 50-75k max you will need to negotiate hard and if you have other offer letter then you can get

I recently completed Round 3 of the LTM interview process. It has been three days, but my status on RippleHire hasn't changed, and I haven't heard back from HR yet. Should I take this silence as a negative sign ?

Hi Sharks, I have done interviews in LTIMINDTREE upto HR discussion and salary negotiation. Documents shared already through email, on portal status is HR. My question is when will I get offer letter from LTIMINDTREE. How long it takes?? Please help me on this.

Finding the May payslip very confusing. Under the "Basic" category there is a "Balance" category, what is that? Also in the arrears column I have a negative value..like minus 1100. What is happening?
