What dose it mean if I have a 2nd interview
What’s an interview moment that made you think, "wow, I actually want this job"? During one of my interviews with Hatch, the guy pulled up a Jira board and started walking me through an actual project. He didn't switch into corporate PR mode or pretended everything ran perfectly. It was the first interview I’ve had where the team sounded like actual coworkers instead of people performing professionalism at each other. This ended up being my current job, and I got promoted recently.💪
Just read an article from Fortune about people feeling too burnt out to apply for jobs. Is that you? I get it. This paragraph really summed it up for me: "Compounding the immobility: job seekers are being ghosted at a three-year high, with more than half of applicants reporting no response from employers in the past year. Hiring experts connect the trend directly to AI-inflated application volumes overwhelming recruiters — the same feedback loop burning candidates out. [...]"
Does anyone draw a complete blank at interviews? From the time they say "So tell me about yourself" I go into fight or flight mode. It as if they're asking me about someone else's life. They say don't try to memorize your answers, but I have no other choice. I sturdy all these stories and intro's about myself and still can't remember. I don't know what to do. Sec,cloud, routing, switching, wireless, automation, loadbalance, vpn, design, implement, trouble shoot.......
What are some tips for a new job seeker coming out of prison with a violent felony expecially in the State of Oklahoma
That you made a good enough impression that they want to explore further and dig more deeply into your experience and knowledge. Good luck.
That the first went well! Good job 👏
lol isn’t it obvious? It means you’ve moved on to the next step of the process
Depends on who you talked to first. More than likely they're going to ask you the same questions as the first but with some STAR questions thrown in.
Your resume checks out. You seem to have the right qualifications. It's time to introduce you to someone in the department you might be working for. Note that the second interview likely isn't the last. Make sure that you have the appropriate chat apps installed as the interview will likely be a video call.
