Need one suggestion. I Just got my offer revoked because of BGV fail . Actually in august 2023 I joined capg and absconded it in 28 days. I have joined another company on 1st septemer but capg credited the salary till 18th sept and put the lwd as 18th on my EPFO account now after 3 years I got layed of from this company and facing a problem in joining a new one.

Disappointing recruitment experience. I completed three interview rounds and was asked to submit salary slips and compensation details, suggesting the process was nearing a final decision. After providing the requested documents, I was informed that my profile had been put on hold due to changing hiring requirements. I understand hiring needs can change, but better transparency and communication would have made for a much better candidate experience.
My Infosys hiring nightmare: Cleared first round March 14. From Mar 16-April 11, interviews rescheduled 5 times. On April 18, finished final rounds and salary negotiation. On April 19, completed background verification. Soon after, my status became 'Rejected After Interview' because the position 'closed'. Why reschedule 5 times and trigger BGV for an unstable role?
