Do you like working at E*E*Trade

What are the first 5 things you should do when you get put on a PIP? Just learned about it this morning. I didn't see it coming. Planning on working on the resume later, but I'm spiraling a bit right now.
Serious question for advisors: when did some wholesalers start treating our calendars like open real estate? 😂 There’s a difference between offering value and basically informing me I’ll be attending a meeting. How do you all politely manage the overly aggressive vendor follow-up cycle?
I’m curious whether anyone genuinely likes networking. I know it’s useful, but it often feels forced unless there’s a real connection. What’s your honest take on networking in finance?
Can I get HONEST idea of hours you actually work?? Company, division/area, average hours per week?
Does anyone here actually meal prep? Any tips? I just looked at my DoorDash history for the month and I spent more on delivery fees and tips than I did on my actual car payment. Between the 14-hour days and the lack of energy to even boil water, I’ve basically outsourced my entire diet to various apps. And yes, I’m putting on weight.
It was fine before Morgan Stanley took over. Now it's a drag for several reasons (on the employee side and client side). Obviously, doesn't apply for all. Those who were with ET before the acquisition understand.
I liked working at ETRADE but since it’s been acquired it’s not the same.
Hi
No- they don't seem to know what they are doing and things keep changing.
