Full Stack Java Developer (ReactJS | NodeJS | Java) | Nightshift- Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs.
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using ReactJS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Develop robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and NodeJS.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and software development methodologies.
• Contribute to system design, architecture discussions, and technical documentation.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers when needed.

Required QualificationsMust-Have Skills

• 3-5+ years of overall software development experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Strong experience with:
• Java
• JavaScript
• TypeScript
• ReactJS
• NodeJS
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles.
• Experience with Git-based source code management.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of application security and performance optimization.

Working Arrangement: 2x onsite per week

Pay: Php120,000.00 - Php140,000.00 per month
