Constant focus on observability, reliability, and doing things the “right” way. Leadership is accessible, supportive, and open to honest feedback. Great environment for learning, experimenting, and driving AI adoption in practice.

Cons

Some legacy systems and processes still need modernization and simplification. Cross-team coordination can be complex as the organization continues to scale. Onboarding into the domain and existing systems can feel heavy in the beginning.
