Pros

From a marketing point of view, it's been a wholly worthwhile experience for learning new tricks. My training was thorough and in depth, including screen shares when those 'getting stuck' moments inevitably happened Our work space is also brilliant - a bar downstairs and a gym upstairs. Best of both worlds. I feel like my opinion has weight and that I can make positive change. For a job in the events industry, I've yet to have been messaged outwith work hours.

Cons

I don't really have any cons, but the minor gripes are ones I feel comfortable discussing and addressing with the team.

Pros

You get to work across a number of exciting event brands in different international markets. The work is varied and your efforts can have a direct impact on performance. You are encouraged to share ideas and the founders are open to new ways of working. Effort and results are rewarded with progression opportunities.

Cons

Due to the volume of events that take place, you can sometimes be spread a bit thin and don't have the time to give every brand/event the time it requires. Things can be a bit reactive and decisions are sometimes made in the heat of the moment rather than with a more strategic lens.

Pros

Fun events, some cool coworkers, nice office downtown

Cons

Unprofessional senior management, deceitful business practices, no work/life balance and management expects you to always be on standby for event issues, high turnover.
