      Pros

      Good work culture here, where we can relax and be ourselves. The benefits and pay are meeting my needs and there is a considerable bonus throughout the year. The other engineers are easy to work with and learn from. There is opportunity for growth and mentorship here as well.

      Cons

      Sometimes the workload can be a little heavy on occasion, but that seems to be the trend for software development.

      - Great people; everyone has a "how can I help" attitude - Far above average benefits and PTO - Above market pay

      Cons

      This can go both ways, but people are held accountable to the deadlines that they set. Seems like a reasonable expectation, but some people don't like that.
