      Excellent benefits, smart (fun) people to work with, engaged leadership with skin in the game, lots of opportunities to learn, people are more than just cogs to manage.

      Resources/people are stretched. You are likely wearing multiple hats at once. Schedules are sometimes sacrificed to the tyranny of the urgent.
