Pros

I've been with Utility Warehouse for three months and have been impressed by how welcoming and supportive the culture is. Colleagues across the business are approachable, collaborative, and genuinely willing to help new starters succeed. There is a strong sense of purpose, with everyone focused on delivering great outcomes for customers and supporting the company's continued growth. I've found the leadership team to be accessible and transparent, and there is a clear commitment to employee wellbeing and development. The business encourages new ideas and gives people the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution from an early stage. It's an exciting environment to join, with ambitious plans and a positive, people-focused culture.

Cons

As a growing business, there is a lot of change and transformation underway, which can sometimes make it challenging to keep up with evolving priorities and processes. For new starters, there is a significant amount to learn across the different areas of the business, and it can take time to fully understand how everything fits together. Some processes and ways of working are still evolving as the company continues to grow, which can occasionally create ambiguity. However, there is a genuine willingness across the organisation to listen to feedback and continuously improve.
