      Pros

      Love the environment, everyone is friendly and you can go to supervisors with anything. Feels like a family. Work life balance is awesome

      Cons

      Pay isn’t great but that’s the field, but there’s 2 raises in a calendar year which helps. Lots of staff turnover unfortunately too
