I have now worked at SEPA for 3 years. The agency has been going through significant changes and all very positive. There is a great focus on training and development and internal progression.

Cons

I do hear some negativity around the changes and restructure and understand it can be disconcerting for some, especially people who have been with the agency for a significant period and are struggling to accept the progression.
