      Pros

      Started with RapidSOS a few weeks ago and the energy and culture is great so far. The company is on a great trajectory and meeting the CEO Michael Martin was a great experience - he is incredibly passionate about the company and mission, and personable with an award worthy-smile and energy :) breath of fresh air coming from a much larger corp.

      Cons

      Disappointed to learn that there is no 401k contribution.
