Benefits..free roadside.. discounts.. support in growth in the company.. support while learning.. honestly no complaints at all. After no work for the last 10mths, and having to rely on my parents to pay my rent, which I am extremely grateful and thankful for, I finally received my first pay check today and I can pay rent and bills!!! Praise the Lord.. as hard as this has been.. it's also been a lesson of gratefulness and realising everything happens for a reason and God knows better despite not understanding the difficulties in the moment... I have come into a new company with a very supportive team and management team who want their staff to thrive and grow within. They give you all the time you need to learn, coaching where improvement is needed and offer you the chance to try out different roles to see if its something you would like to move into and learn. It is a retirement job and all of my Members who have called through have been amazing!! If you are an RAC Roadside member, THANKYOU!! I am truly grateful because you make my job enjoyable and easy. 🙏❤️😊
On a side note.. don't forget if you're with RAC WA.. check your roadside and make sure your cover is valid.. are you paying too much? You can downgrade if your driving situation has changed..
