Pros

A good and enjoyable interview process, with clear and helpful communication with the HR team. Interviews gave great insight into the role and culture at Pulse, as well as an interesting task to complete!

Cons

No specific cons - the only hinderance was the turn-around time for the task along with my other work commitments at the time, but the team were very accommodating of this and we agreed on a workaround :)

- Exceptional client base with BIG brands - Great global team - Fantastic team activities (including annual summer party in Hamburg!) - Diversity celebrated - Independent agency, not held back like network agencies - Transparent leadership team

Cons

There are a lot of big projects, so it can be very busy! The team are very supportive of each other and in London everyone sticks together and helps out.
